Holergy respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when you visit holergy.com, contact us, schedule or receive services, make a payment, or communicate with us by email or text message.

Holergy is not a medical provider, and its services are not a substitute for medical care. We nevertheless handle information you share with care and use it for the purposes described in this policy.
Website and device information
When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral information, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
SMS information
If you communicate with Holergy by text message or opt in to receive texts, we may collect your mobile number, consent records, message content, timestamps, delivery status, and related messaging data.

• schedule sessions and send appointment reminders;
• respond to questions and provide customer support;

3. SMS Messaging and Consent
When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, you authorize Holergy to send text messages to that number. Depending on what you agreed to receive, messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, responses to your questions, and occasional promotional messages.

• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message and may still contact you for non-marketing purposes where otherwise permitted.
Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers that help us deliver text messages, but only as necessary to provide the messaging service. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link in the email and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
